Steel Fiber

Steel fiber is made from high-strength steel with a tensile strength 1100 – 2000 MPa. The geometry of fiber was designed so that the benefit of incorporating short steel fiber into concrete is maximized. The hook ends of each fiber ensure its perfect bonding with concrete matrix. This type of fiber has been, for decades, employed in order to enhance quality and expedite speed of various constructions worldwide.

Synthetic Fiber

Synthetic fiber concrete reinforcement is a high performance polypropylene fiber used as structural reinforcement in concrete and shotcrete.
The reinforcement system works by distributing hundreds of thousands of high tensile strength synthetic fibers throughout the entire concrete mix. They reinforce every part of the concrete structure, front to back and top to bottom, leaving no vulnerable unreinforced concrete cover.

Armour Joint

Armour Joint is the industry standard in the range of
prefabricated heavy duty movement joint systems, suitable for all large area construction methods for ground bearing and pile supported concrete floors. The cold drawn steel rails provide extremely durable protection to the slab arrises, making it ideal for floors in a heavy duty traffic environment.

Micro Steel Fiber

Micro steel fiber is special category of short steel fiber. It is produced from extra-high strength steel (generally with tensile strength of 2000 – 2800 MPa). Due to high strength, size of each fiber can be smaller than usual steel fiber. The characteristics of micro steel fiber enable addition of this type of fiber up to 150 kg/cubic meter of concrete. This type of concrete is especially suitable for a production of Ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete (UHPFRC).

Column Connections

The Column Connection is made by the Column Shoes and the Anchor Bolts. The Column Shoes are casted into precast concrete columns, while Anchor Bolts are
casted into the foundation or another column (columns’ splice). On the construction site the columns are erected on the Anchor Bolts, adjusted to the correct level and vertical position. Fixing is achieved by tightening nuts on the Anchor Bolts. The joint between column and structure below should be grouted before loading the column. After grout is hardened, the joint works as reinforced concrete structure.

Beam Connections

The Beam Connection is a building product used as a vertical support between steel beams, composite steel-concrete beams or reinforced concrete beams and reinforced concrete columns or walls. It consists of a steel corbel bolted to a fastening plate integrated into the column. The fastening plate is cast into the column together with the main reinforcement and the corbel plate is attached to the column only after the formwork is removed. The shape and material of the formwork may hide the corbel entirely.

Lifting Systems

The Lifting System is an ideal system to lift and transport precast concrete beams, slabs, walls, and pipes. The Lifting System with spherical-head KK Lifting Inserts is designed for rapid coupling and release with specially designed KK. Lifting Keys. It is safe on-site with recessed insert installation and gives design freedom in all available load directions.

PAN Fiber

“PAN fiber” is an abbreviation of “Polyacrylonitrile short fiber”. This type of fiber usually contains at least 80% of polyacrylonitrile (PAN). It helps improving resistance
of concrete against shrinkage crack. PAN fibers are not is not flammable and melt when the temperature reaches 240 oC.

PP Fiber

“PP Fiber” stands for “Polypropylene short fiber”. This type of fiber usually contains at least 80% of polypropylene (PP) which has very good chemical resistance and very low
water absorption which make its one of the most popular synthetic fibers used in concrete production. Regardless of its lightweight, it can work very well to bridging
cracks in concrete. It helps improving resistance of concrete against shrinkage crack. PP fibers are not is not flammable and melt when the temperature reaches 170 oC.With this characteristic, it is also beneficial to fire resistance of concrete.

DELTABEAM

DELTABEAM is a superior composite beam enabling
slim-floors for multi-storey buildings of any type,
whether low-rise or high-rise. Its composite action
between steel and concrete allows for creative
structures with large open spaces. Multiple fire tests
have proven DELTABEAM to have excellent fire
resistance without any additional protection. Its
shallow design decreases the building’s floor-to-floor
height, while eliminating conflicts with HVAC systems.
